Cardinal of Minnesota, Ltd. was founded in 1995 by its current owner, Jack Priggen.  After working for 20 years serving individuals with developmental disabilities, Jack wanted to develop services that were consistent with his philosophy and vision.  Thus began what is now Cardinal of Minnesota, Ltd.

In its first year of operation, Cardinal of Minnesota developed four facilities.  The company has since grown steadily and now serves over 125 clients in 34 homes.  Each home is located in residential neighborhoods in communities throughout Southeastern Minnesota ; between two and four individuals live in each home.  We currently operate:

In 1997, Cardinal of Minnesota also began In-Home and Semi-Independent Living Services, serving clients in their own or their families’ homes.  Cardinal currently provides In-Home/SILS services to over 50 clients in Olmsted, Dodge, Fillmore, Mower, and Winona Counties .
