What kinds of services do you provide?
We primarily serve individuals with Developmental Disabilities and related conditions including individuals with Mental Health Disorders. We specialize in working with individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome, Autism, Traumatic Brain Injury, and behavioral issues. Services are individualized for each client’s needs.

How are services paid for?
Services provided by Cardinal of Minnesota are paid for through Medical Assistance, State and County funds. The client must be granted a waiver slot by the county in which they reside. This process is managed through a county Case Manager. See Developmental Disabilities, under the Social Service listing in the government section for your county in the phone book.

How do I apply for a job?
Click on Jobs in the upper right corner of the page. At the bottom of that page you will find two links. Current Openings will let you see what jobs are currently available in our various program locations. Apply for a Job will allow you to send an e-mail to the Human Resource Manager to indicate your interest in a position and provide some initial applicant information. You will be contacted if the information you provide matches what we are currently looking for.
